Welcome to beta.me, a site about...well ME. I'm currently building the Ai functionality for the site, but in the meantime here's a bit about me: I work at the intersection of innovation, technology and design, helping organisations rethink how services, systems and workflows are created and delivered. My focus is on applying innovation practices, design thinking, AI, automation and technology enablement to improve how businesses operate and how customers experience their products and services.

- •Established and standardised the ‘Innovation Framework and Methodology’ tool-set within the team, while also introducing new capabilities including service design, research, data and sensing and scanning enablement.
